The Sound of Music

Three years ago I use to love music, but only because of the artist, because of the lyrics or just the tone from the song. Not until the second year of my high school, I really understood what the sound of music is. Now when I listen to a song I pay attention to the instruments that are making the beat and the music flow.
I personally love the sound of piano, and I actually took piano lessons when I was 9 years old or 10, I don't really remember; but I didn't focus and had no interest in learning how to play the piano. But now I love how the piano plays, I recognize it instantly when I hear a song. And later on I realized that what makes a song sound so good is the tune that's being played on the piano. A song without the play of a piano doesn't sound right in my ears. I love what it works with, I love how many varieties producers can use with the piano.
It's weird that I have such this passion for the sound that the piano can make but I do not have a passion for the piano itself. I'm not really that interested in learning how to play the piano although it would be nice if I knew. However I don't find me playing the piano amusing. There are a lot of other instruments that I recognize when I'm listening to a song, and certain instruments playing at once make the perfect melody. I recognize drums when I hear them, also the guitar, electric guitar, base, trumpet and maybe one or two more. And I have to admit that it does feel cool to know the instruments that collide together in my favorite songs. :)
